Friend Invite Service
This service allows you to submit a friend request to a Mobage user who has installed the relevant application. It sets up an application environment which makes it easy to use the Invitate Service.

- The parameter value must be URI-escaped when sending parameters with href attributes, etc. in URLs.
- HTML tags may not be included in the body.
